Research Use Only (RUO) means these materials are supplied strictly for laboratory research — not for human or animal use, consumption, diagnostic, or therapeutic purposes. They aren't drugs, supplements, or medical devices.
Are these products intended for human or animal consumption?
No. All products are sold strictly for laboratory research use. By ordering, you confirm you're a qualified researcher or purchasing on behalf of a research entity.
Is there testing behind each product?
Yes — every lot is independently tested via HPLC and mass spectrometry to confirm identity and purity before it's offered for sale.
How is my order shipped?
Orders ship discreetly from California once payment has cleared, with tracking provided at fulfillment.
What payment methods are available?
We accept credit and debit cards, crypto, Zelle, and Venmo. Cards are paid on a secure payment page right after checkout. Crypto runs through our own self-hosted, non-custodial BTCPay Server, priced in USD — not a third-party processor. Zelle and Venmo are arranged after checkout.
How do I actually pay once I've placed an order?
Every order gets a HELM-#### reference, shown on the confirmation screen and repeated in your confirmation email. If you chose card, you're taken straight to a secure payment page to pay right away. If you chose crypto, you're taken straight to our BTCPay checkout page. If you chose Zelle or Venmo, we'll email you the account details to send to — use your order reference as the payment memo so it can be matched to your order.
