Every batch, on the record.
Every line item on every purchase order is tested. Not a sample of the shipment. Not one certificate stretched across several doses.
Each batch gets its own lot number and its own test, every time. A batch that misses a threshold is not sold, and the lot is withdrawn rather than reworked or blended into another.

Standards
What a lot has to clear
These are the thresholds each batch is measured against before it is released. Material that misses one is not sold, and it appears above with the value it hit.
Every line item on every order is tested for identity, purity and content. Contamination testing (endotoxin, sterility) is not part of the standing panel today, and nothing on this page claims otherwise.
Identity
HPLCMust match the declared compound
Confirms the vial contains what the label says. Purity alone cannot establish this: a sample can be 99% pure and 100% the wrong molecule.
Purity
HPLC≥ 98.0%
How much of the material is the target compound rather than related impurities.
Quantitation
HPLCMeasured against label claim
How many milligrams are actually in the vial, reported beside what the label claims. Under-fill is the most common substantiated complaint in this market.
Our side of it
If we are wrong, we make it right
Purity guarantee
If an independent certificate from a named laboratory shows a released lot below the purity threshold published above, we replace it or issue store credit. Send the certificate to support@helmcompounds.com with the lot code and we will confirm it against our own record for that lot.
This sits alongside our refund policy rather than replacing it.
Test it yourself
Send any lot you have bought to an independent laboratory of your choosing and send us the certificate. We publish it here beside our own, whatever it says, flagged as customer submitted, and we credit your account for the cost of the test.
Contact support@helmcompounds.com before sending so we can confirm the lot and the credit.
Provenance
Who runs the tests
Testing is done by outside laboratories, not in-house. Each released lot above lists the lab that tested it and that lab's own report number, so a certificate can be taken back to its source.

Frequently asked
Why are there so few lots listed?
Because this page counts batches actually purchased and released, not products in a catalog. Every line item on every order is tested, so a lot appears here only once that specific batch has been bought and sent to the lab. A vendor carrying continuous inventory lists more certificates because they are sampling a pool that gets topped up; each lot here is one batch, tested before release, and when it is gone the next batch is tested fresh.
Do sold-out lots stay on this page?
Permanently. The record of what was released is more useful than a list of what is currently in stock, and removing a lot once it sells would shrink this page every time it did its job.
How do I find the certificate for the vial I have?
Enter the lot code printed on the label in the box at the top of this page. Case, spaces and dashes do not matter.
Can I verify a certificate independently?
Yes. Each released lot lists the testing lab and that lab's own report number, which you can take to the lab directly. Where a file fingerprint is published, you can also confirm the PDF you downloaded is unmodified.
What is each batch tested for?
Identity, purity and quantitation, by HPLC. Identity confirms the material is the declared compound, purity measures how much of it is that compound rather than related impurities, and quantitation measures how many milligrams are in the vial. Contamination testing is not part of the standing panel today, and nothing on this page claims it is.
What does a lot marked 'In testing' mean?
The batch has been received and sent to the lab, and no result has come back yet. It is listed here before the certificate exists so this page reflects what is actually happening rather than only what has already succeeded.
Terms on this page
- Certificate of Analysis (COA)
- The lab's signed report for one specific batch. It states what was tested, by which method, and what the result was.
- Lot
- One batch of material. Every Helm lot is a single batch tested before release. When it is gone, the next batch is tested fresh, so a lot code identifies exactly which material you received.
- RP-HPLC
- Reverse-phase high-performance liquid chromatography. Separates the sample into its components so the share that is the target compound can be measured. This is where the purity percentage comes from.
- LC-MS
- Liquid chromatography paired with mass spectrometry. Measures molecular weight to confirm identity, which purity alone cannot do. A sample can be 99% pure and 100% the wrong molecule.
- Quantitation
- The measured mass of the target compound in the vial, reported in milligrams against what the label claims.
- SHA-256
- A fingerprint of a file. Change one byte and the fingerprint changes completely, so publishing it lets anyone confirm the certificate they downloaded is byte-for-byte the one issued. It proves the file has not been altered since publication. It does not prove the lab issued it, which is what the lab report number is for.
Everything sold by Helm Compounds is supplied for laboratory research use only. Purity above 98.0% is a statement about the material, not a statement about what it may be used for.
